"Live the Dream" Scholarship Recipients

The University of Washington Dream Project is able to offer their high school students the opportunity to apply for a “Live the Dream” scholarship. This is something that the Colorado State University Dream Project will be able to offer in the future, as it grows.

The funds for UW’s "Live the Dream" Scholarship were raised entirely by UW students in their class. Eleven students each received a $1,000 scholarship to attend the University of Washington. The winners were selected from a pool of 34 nominees by a selection committee comprised of faculty advisors, deans, community supporters, and students. They were chosen based on their leadership, community service, financial need, overcoming adversity, and commitment to the Dream Project.
